Question

I had a tummy tuck back in 2017. I am not pleased with the results. He did a revision to smooth out the stomach but it did not improve. Can this be fixed? What procedited Will fix this problem?

I'm sorry, but there is nothing that can be done, in my opinion, to make your situation better. It would still be worthwhile to have an in office consultation with a surgeon you trust, because no opinion can substitute for an in person examination.

You appear to have contour irregularities and not necessarily excessive skin. A repeat tummy tuck can be done to elevate the flap again and will hopefully resettle without the contour deformities. Another alternative would be to use a liposuction cannula without suction to break up the adhesions and allow the skin to re-position itself.

Depending on findings, options may include a full or mini tummy tuck revision, scar revision, limited liposuction, fat grafting for contour correction, or re-tightening of the abdominal muscles.
