Hello! thanks for your question, irregularities post lipo are due some areas of superficial lipo alternated with some areas without superficial lipo, therefore you create some uneven surface aspect. The treatment is to do more lipo of the areas that has less lipo, and probably use some technology like ultrasound for equalize the surface, this will help you to improve as much as possible.

my first choice for you would be to start with a 360 Vaser liposuction in order to obtain the best possible shape. Following this, you will benefit from Endermology and radiofrequency treatments directly on the skin. For certain patients with a lot of skin laxity an Abdominoplasty surgery might become necessary as well, however, I believe that due to your age, you might avoid this procedure at this stage.
