Answer: Skin Tightening Skin tightening is the holy grail so to speak. Outside of a tummy tuck, the energy based devices are the options. Energy in the form of radiofrequency is the gold standard. Renuvion / jplasma is an example. External devices such as Morpheus 8 is another option and can be performed before or after liposuction or as a stand alone approach.

Answer: Consider non-surgical methods Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. In your photo, it looks like you do not have any fat left in your abdomen! Rather than going back to surgery, I would discuss non surgical skin tightening with your plastic surgeon. You may be able to maintain your current results and get additional skin tightening with Morpheus 8.
