I had vaser hi def six packs operation two years ago, I think surgeon did not do well with symmetry, also I still have hyperpigmentationr related skin discoloration issues. I had bi one and fractional laser therapies to fix the skin tone, also I would like to improve the artificial look because of the symmetry.

Hi Eclectic571397.  Thank you for your question about improving or reversing VASER hi-def six-pack abs surgery.  Thank you for your history and your picture.  To improve or reverse the VASER hi-def six-pack abs surgery depends on what you want.  If you want more accentuated six-packs, I suggest revision VASER hi-def six-pack abs surgery.  This would require more liposuction and more Vaser to further define the rectus abdominis muscles.  If, however, you want to erase or reverse the results of your current six-pack abs, traditional liposuction can remove almost all remaining fat and scar tissue.  Suppose you do not achieve your results after reversing your current ab results with traditional liposuction to your satisfaction.  In that case, you may need fat grafting to fill in the indentations left by the prior VASER hi-def six-pack abs surgery.  It all boils down to whether you want to continue having your VASER hi-def six-pack abs and want your abdomen more accentuated or erase and minimize your current abdominal results. Hi! You need to flatten the areas within the muscle (very soft liposuction), and then "Equalize" the remaining fat. So, that fat can fill the areas with more fibrosis. It seems that there was an aggressive liposuction in the edges of the muscle. Then, the skin was attached to the muscle and that´s why you have that appeareance. VASER will improve the skin contraction of those areas

Hello. I definitely do not like the definition or etching abdominal surgery. Those are common problems after such procedure. There is no way to reverse it. Improving, for me is also not too possible.
