I had liposuction bck in 2019, with almost zero results, I research for almost a year and i thought i had found the surgeon who will give me the body i wanted (small waist flat stomach and some definition of abdominal muscles) in May 2021 had a modified abminoplasy and vasser liposuction with a fat transfer.Im not satisfied with my stomach there still fat and lose skin I cant wear 2 piece bathingsuit i voice this to Surgeon he say this is the best my body could get So im here asking youall

HI Kflores, Thank you for your question regarding what you need to fulfill your goal of having a small waist, flat stomach, and defined abdominal muscles.  Thank you for your history and your pictures.  First, it would be best to have an in-office consultation so we can pinch your abdominal wall to assess your remaining fat.  Without a physical consultation, the best we can do is to analyze your pictures to determine the best procedures.  From your pictures, you still have excess fat of your abdomen.  That means you need more VASER liposuction, especially the anterior abdomen and your superior iliac crest (love handles).  If VASER liposuction is also needed in the lower back, you would need 360 VASER lipo.  VASER would be highly suggested over traditional liposuction because the VASER can melt the scar tissue associated with your prior VASER lipo and tummy tuck.  Good luck! The VASER procedure takes about two to three hours to complete.  VASER HI DEF can be performed under IV sedation or general anesthesia.  Most plastic surgeons prefer general anesthesia because more fat can be removed safely. Also, general anesthesia is less painful compared to IV sedation.  Plan for a 10-day recovery.   If you have any more questions regarding VASER liposuction or reduction surgery, contact an experienced plastic surgeon.  Since VASER HI DEF liposuction is a specialized procedure, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in VASER HI DEF liposuction.   Do your research.  VASER Hi-Def liposuction is difficult to perform and achieve excellent results.  Revision VASER lipo is even more difficult.  Look at their website.  Look at their reviews on RealSelf. Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. Without knowing the rest of your vitals, past medical history, and examining you in person it is difficult to answer with complete certainty. However, knowing that you have had multiple rounds of liposuction to the same area, I would turn your focus on to non-surgical skin tightening and weight loss. A more attentive and detailed approach might be the remedy you are looking for depending on your skin quality and the nature of your body fat. Every person has a different metabolism and skin quality, surely we can not overlook these facts. 
Sometimes, if the patient's body is so challenging to work on, of course this can limit the perfection of the results. But the main question should always be "which surgeon has enough skills & experience to get the most correction with a body that is hard to work on?"

Hi, KFlores It looks to me that you still have some extra fat in the abdomen. Enough for trying a new liposuction. That might improve its appearance. However, about your waist, I think you don´t have enough fat in that area in order to reduce its size. The only procedure that makes your waist to looks smaller, would be fat transfer to the hips. That will reduce the ratio waist/hip. (ideally should be around 0.7). When we can´t reduce the waist, we should increase the hips. I don´t see any other solution.
