Thank you for your history and your pictures. First, it would be best to have an in-office consultation so we can pinch your abdominal wall to assess your remaining fat. Without a physical consultation, the best we can do is to analyze your pictures to determine the best procedures. From your pictures, you still have excess fat of your abdomen. That means you need more VASER liposuction, especially the anterior abdomen and your superior iliac crest (love handles). If VASER liposuction is also needed in the lower back, you would need 360 VASER lipo. VASER would be highly suggested over traditional liposuction because the VASER can melt the scar tissue associated with your prior VASER lipo and tummy tuck. Good luck! The VASER procedure takes about two to three hours to complete. VASER HI DEF can be performed under IV sedation or general anesthesia. Most plastic surgeons prefer general anesthesia because more fat can be removed safely. Also, general anesthesia is less painful compared to IV sedation. Plan for a 10-day recovery. A more attentive and detailed approach might be the remedy you are looking for depending on your skin quality and the nature of your body fat. Every person has a different metabolism and skin quality, surely we can not overlook these facts.
Sometimes, if the patient's body is so challenging to work on, of course this can limit the perfection of the results. But the main question should always be "which surgeon has enough skills & experience to get the most correction with a body that is hard to work on?"

Hi, KFlores It looks to me that you still have some extra fat in the abdomen. Enough for trying a new liposuction. That might improve its appearance. However, about your waist, I think you don´t have enough fat in that area in order to reduce its size. The only procedure that makes your waist to looks smaller, would be fat transfer to the hips. That will reduce the ratio waist/hip. (ideally should be around 0.7). When we can´t reduce the waist, we should increase the hips. I don´t see any other solution.

Yes, I am reasonably certain that you can have a smaller waist and defined abdomen. It appears that not enough fat or excess skin was removed. I would have to confirm with a virtual or in-person consultation.
