Hello, I weigh 220lbs and i'm 5'9" - 5'9.5" tall. I want a chiseled torso (stomach and chest). what would be recommended that i get done and how much would it be. Do you have discounts and Military Discount.

Thank you for your question regarding a chiseled abdomen and chest and how to achieve the best results. Thank you for your history and pictures. Overall it would be best if you could lose more weight. On profile view, your abdomen still sticks out. However, if you cannot lose weight, I suggest VASER Hi-Def liposculpture during VASER Hi-Def liposculpture. A tumescent solution is injected, and then a VASER cannula is used to apply ultrasonic energy to the rectus abdomens muscle and surrounding fat. The VASER helps to melt the fat around the muscles and to heat the skin to its maximum skin contractility. Then a cannula is used to suck out the fat around the rectus abdominis muscles. The result is a six-pack. Your chest should also be done simultaneously, and the fat around the pectoralis major muscle can be chiseled and contoured. The cost of the procedure varies by geographic region. I would not suggest your shop for the price but for quality and experience. Please consult as many plastic surgeons as possible to find the right fit. Experience can be determined by several before and after pictures. Many plastic surgeons do offer military discounts. Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. Without knowing the rest of your vitals, past medical history, and examining you in person it is difficult to answer with complete certainty. However, I would first start your plastic surgery journey with weight loss. Your abdomen is rounded due to visceral volume behind your ab muscles. Hi!I see that you have an excess of intra-abdominal fat. Most of the fat from your abdomen comes from there. So, you need to reduce it in order to be a good candidate for liposuction. Doing a liposuction and abdominal (and torso) etching, would lead to bad (poor) results. You should attend that before seeking liposuction.

Before you can consider contouring your body surgically, you need to lose your gut fat which is located inside your abdomen and cannot be surgically altered. i recommend you consider intermittent fasting to help you lose this prior to proceeding.
