Male tummy tuck & body contouring - is it safe to perform procedures together?

After losing a significant amount of weight (70–75 lbs) and starting to build muscle in the gym, I need a body contouring procedure to achieve a more athletic and muscular look. Over the course of two years, I have managed to build muscle mass, but the problem of excess skin remains, preventing that muscle definition from showing through. I am a 31-year-old male, and my current body fat is about 15% to 17%. I have seen the work of numerous US surgeons who regularly perform an extended abdominoplasty (270-degree), aggressive HD liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back, Renuvion treatment, and gynecomastia surgery—with or without muscle fat grafting—all in a single procedure. However, European surgeons point out that combining such an intensive abdominoplasty with aggressive liposuction is neither recommended nor safe for the patient. Therefore, is it safe and advisable to perform these procedures in a single operation? Alternatively, is it better to first undergo an extended abdominoplasty (270-degree) with gynecomastia surgery and Renuvion treatment, and then—after a year or two—have HD liposuction or abdominal etching performed? What would you recommend? Additionally, is it necessary at all to undergo with HD liposuction, abdominal etching, or fat grafting to achieve an athletic or muscular look, or is it possible just with an extended abdominoplasty and gynecomastia surgery alone? Kind regards,
