Loose Skin after gynocomastia proceedure - is this correctable? (Photos)

I'm a 46 year old male. Just over six months ago, I had a revision gyno proceedure (the first was 13 years ago and left too much tissue). It's now been 6 months since the most recent proceedure. And I ave a lot of loose skin. I"m not too happy with things. I have an appt next month with my doctor to discuss additional proceedures. He mentioned something about skin removal. Is this correctable? Correctable with scars? Not sure what to go with.

From your photograph, it seems that may be you should consider a very simple revision to start. Maybe just excising the discolored hypertrophic scar would give you a pencil then scar which is closer to the color of your natural skin. Your chest hair may cover this nicely. If you try to do...

Coolsculpting is not an ideal treatment for gynecomastia. In some cases it can create fibrous areas which can actually make surgery a bit more challenging. I had Coolsculpting in my practice for many years and it did have it's place in fat reduction but I would not recommend it for gynecomastia.
