My nipples are misplaced after gynocomastia surgery - can this be fixed? (Photos)

Male 5'8 81.5kgs I had surgery in 2023 where only the gland was removed after that I did not go to the gym for a long time recently I started going to the gym again and I have gained muscle now my upper middle and lower chest have developed but my nipples have dropped down which makes my chest look very weird from the front I do not understand why this happened and I am confused about how it will get fixed my nipples seem kind of fixed in that position what is the solution for this i am providing my both pics from th side and from the front

Based off your limited photo - cratering is noted - likely from the resection. Recommend to work out your pecs to increase muscle mass to see if the deformity will lessen and if not, might need a surgical correction with both revision liposuction of the area and possibly putting some fat back...
