Flat cheeks and longer face - Endoscopic midface lift vs deep plane? (Photos)

Question

Im in my 30s and always had flat cheeks and a longer face. What are your thoughts on an endoscopic cheek pad lift to help shorten my face, reduce eye circles and nasolabial folds? I considered a targeted deep plane as well, but is it too early for that? I dont have jaw or neck sagging yet (not enough to bother me). Its mostly around my mouth area that really bugs me. Is there any GOOD alternative for me that isnt surgical? Maybe filler in my cheek or an energy device? I dont want to endup making my skin worse in the long run so im cautious about what i start doing since I have never done anything before.

I do not think that any kind of lifting is going to change the appearance of your face, in particular endoscopic? Without a full face photos or in person evaluation, I would guess that volume augmentation in midface and around the eyes would be quite sufficient. Fat grafts work well for this purpose in your age group. Good luck.

I don’t see anything wrong with your face at all. If you want to try fillers or fat transfer I think it would be a waste of money. I think you’re too critical of your appearance.

First of all, let me say I think your face, what I see of it, is a beautiful face.  Your jawline is straight and smooth, no jowl hanging over to disrupt the flow of the jaw.  Your neckline is flawless.  Lifting your cheek fat pad will gain you nothing.  It may even make your face look more "pointed" and add to the long look.  You could use fillers.  There are various kinds that might work, whether it is Sculptra, Voluma, fat grafting (be wary of lumpiness!).  
I commend you on your research.  But there is no way you can read enough to know what is best for your looks.  Even surgeons, such as me with 7 years of residency and over 30 years of experience in practice, never know what is the exact best option.  Find a surgeon you trust.  Look at their photos in-office.  Ask your friends and others.  And let their experience guide you.  I personally think you are reading too much.  I have never, in 30 years, had someone ask me about endoscopic targeted mid-face lift.  ANY technique is only as good as the doctor doing it.  And some procedures that are excellent in some hands, are a horror result in others.  
You do not need skin-tightening or energy procedures to your skin.  Your skin is beautiful.
