Would some type of facelift help me achieve a soft, full, feminine face?

I lost 70 kg in a relatively short time, 8 months exactly, and now I can't get used to the shape of my head. I know my fat face wasn't good either, but somehow I was used to it. I would like a SHORTER and wider head, so that it is not so narrow and widens at the forehead. I would like more feminine procedures. Now 24 hours a day I'm racking my brain about which procedure I need. Would a facelift help, what kind exactly, because there is an eternal debate between SMAS and Deep Plane? Implant in cheek and chin implant, maybe. I have definitely decided to do procedures on my face, but what procedures would you do to achieve a ROUNDER AND SOFTER LOVELY APPEARANCE OF THE FACE. I don't like this POINTY FACE . I can't stop researching but I'm in a vicious circle so I would appreciate your professionally opinion

Here’s the most important clarification:
1) A facelift does not create a rounder, softer face
A facelift (SMAS or deep plane) is a repositioning procedure. It lifts and tightens tissues that have descended (jowls, neck, midface).It does not replace the “softness” you lost. When the face looks “pointy” after weight loss, it’s usually because of deflation &mdash; loss of facial fat in the cheeks, temples, under-eye support, and around the jaw.
In your photos, what stands out most is volume depletion/deflation, not dramatic sagging. In that situation, doing a facelift first can even make the face look more tight and hollow, which is the opposite of your goal.
2) “Shorter and wider head / wider forehead” &mdash; surgery won’t change skull shape
A facelift won’t change the size/shape of the head or widen the forehead bone.What can make the upper face look less narrow is restoring temple and lateral cheek volume (temples are a big one), and sometimes subtle brow/temple support &mdash; but that’s volume work, not a lift.
