Age 30, slim - can I fix my breast pseudoptosis with fat transfer only? (Photos)

I am 30 and slim. Happy with my body. Very unhappy with my saggy breast :( I am scared of implants. Can I fix that sagging with fat transfer? Or something like thread lift?

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hello @MaryAliceee, thank you for your question. Yes you can give upper fullness to the breast with lipo injection. Breast fat transfer is a technique that allows to improve breast fullness, but lets not forget is a method to enhance the proportions of the body because the fat to be transferred is from the patient's own body. MaryAlice, it appears from your photos that fat transfer to your breasts, especially the superior poles, may provide adequate augmentation to address your pseudo ptosis. 
The issue in your case may be locating enough fat to transfer to make a difference. As in the case of most breast fat transfers, only one cup size increase in breast size can be achieved. You could have just a lift. If you have donor fat, you could add more volume to your breasts, but this will not lift your breasts.

Breath implants are the ideal treatment for pseudo ptosis. Fat transfer does not correct the problem and it’s not a good option specifically for shaping breast.
The area where you need volume the most has the least amount of host tissue and that’s where the least amount of fat will survive.
This is why breast fat grafting does not change the shape of the breast only makes the whole breast one half to maximum one cup larger.
Any attempt at over grafting the upper half of the breast is only followed by an increased rate of fat necrosis.
Fat grafting is the wrong procedure for what you’re trying to achieve and implants is the correct one.
