The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Breast fat transfer is a technique that allows to improve breast fullness, but lets not forget is a method to enhance the proportions of the body because the fat to be transferred is from the patient's own body. MaryAlice, it appears from your photos that fat transfer to your breasts, especially the superior poles, may provide adequate augmentation to address your pseudo ptosis.
The issue in your case may be locating enough fat to transfer to make a difference. As in the case of most breast fat transfers, only one cup size increase in breast size can be achieved. You could have just a lift. If you have donor fat, you could add more volume to your breasts, but this will not lift your breasts.

First, you have beautiful breasts now. A fat transfer to the central and upper pole would change some of the lower pole fullness appearance of your breasts.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for breast fat transfer and internal breast lift with a mesh. Best to have a consultation to discuss options and undergo 3D imaging to simulate your outcome.

Breath implants are the ideal treatment for pseudo ptosis. Fat transfer does not correct the problem and it’s not a good option specifically for shaping breast.
The area where you need volume the most has the least amount of host tissue and that’s where the least amount of fat will survive.
This is why breast fat grafting does not change the shape of the breast only makes the whole breast one half to maximum one cup larger.
Any attempt at over grafting the upper half of the breast is only followed by an increased rate of fat necrosis.
Fat grafting is the wrong procedure for what you’re trying to achieve and implants is the correct one.
