You could have just a lift. If you have donor fat, you could add more volume to your breasts, but this will not lift your breasts.

Breast fat transfer is a technique that allows to improve breast fullness, but lets not forget is a method to enhance the proportions of the body because the fat to be transferred is from the patient's own body. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
