I want a face/neck lift -- several surgeons told me that I am a candidate. But I am prone to anxiety about undermining results during recovery. My 1st nose job was botched when I was 15. I will follow EVERY instruction but sometimes we can still be thoughtless and stretch, strain, or end up sleeping funny (even if we intend to stay on the back). I hear after 2 weeks is the "safe zone" but how worried should I be by any slip-ups before then? Are internal sutures stronger than I realize?
