I am a 69yr old woman, 5'5", 120lbs. I had a deep plane facelift and erbium laser 16 months ago (3/2024). My lower face (below cheeks) persists in looking big. It is not swollen glands, as a scan ruled that out. I have lost 2 lbs since the surgery, so it's not that either. What could be causing this?

It appears your skin was not adequately demarcated from the underlying muscle and thus has caused irregularities. A revision couid improve this considerably
Hello, hope you are well. Endoscopic and deep plane facelifts exist, but the two don't really go together. Sort of like an electric vehicle with an internal combustion engine. Endoscopic lifts can be done safely, but the deep plane facelift is an entirely different procedure.
