Determining whether a deep plane facelift was performed can be challenging, as this type of facelift involves repositioning the deeper layers of facial tissue beneath the skin, which may not be easily distinguishable on standard imaging. While MRI could theoretically show changes in the deeper tissue layers (such as repositioning of the SMAS layer or deeper facial muscles), it may be difficult to distinguish between surgical changes and natural anatomy without a pre-surgery comparison.Best wishes Dr Erman Ak
Although I am curious as to why the question is being asked, the brief answer to your question is 'No". It appears from the photographs that you share that there may be some protuberant buccal fat that could be removed. Check with your surgeon and see if buccal fat was removed and if not, if it could be. All the best Dr. J
