Face & neck stiffness worsening 10 months post deep plane face/neck lift & upper bleph, any advice? (Photos)

Question

10 months post op for Deep Plane Face/Neck lift and Upper Bleph. Whilst externally the results look good, my face feels tight and stiff underneath, including the skin above my eyes if I raise my eyebrows. It's like having a permanent face mask under my skin. This seems to be getting worse, not better. It's not painful, but very uncomfortable and I worry that it'll keep worsening. I consulted the surgeon 4 months post op and was advised to take Milgamma N. Any advice please?

It is not unusual to experience some firmness in the area where surgery was performed. This typically goes away after six months. If you are still feeling as if there is firmness in the cheeks and the face, then lymphatic massage treatments may be of benefit. In addition, any massage you do up and towards, your ear will help the swelling go down. Arnica Montana is another option to help with swelling.

Magmas m? Never heard of it. Your result is quite nice and it’s natural to feel tight early in. It will loosen up with time. I wouldn’t do anything
