Thanks for your question, there is no simple answer, I would recommend consulting with an experienced aesthetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon, Fillers can be used, and often are. But i would recommended using botox in the forehead for a lift and in my office in stony brook ny we use Thermi Smooth , to lift the skin in the eye area.
Thank you for sharing your question. Fillers are frequently used by Oculoplastic Surgeon in the region of the upper eyelids. Make an appointment for detailed evaluation and guidance. Good luck,
To minimize upper eyelid exposure, you would need to inject Botox/Dysport into the forehead. Fillers can be used to create a brow ridge(supraorbital ridge ) emphasizing strong masculine look. It has been scientifically proven that boys who were exposed to excess testosterone have masculine features such as have square or strong jawlines, shorter foreheads, prominent brow ridgeshigh cheekbones, thin lips and a high forehead. Those stereotypical masculine attributes of the face are build by testosterone and can be very distinguishing and attractive emphasis of the man's face
This type of look is probably better suited to Botox rather than a filler of some variety.\Best of luck!
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photograph. Botox can be carefully administered to change the brow position, higher or lower, depending on your goals and expectations. Natural results can be achieved. Please be sure to see an expert injector for an in-person consultation to fully discuss your goals and expectations in order to determine the best treatment plan. Hope this helps and best wishes!
Thank you for your question. Botox or dysport may be the better way to go , to cause forehead to lower . I would consult with an Oculoplastic surgeon otherwise.
Hi Max, Fillers in your upper eyelid would not be the answer here. I would recommend a consult with a board certified dermatologist to properly evaluate what you are looking for. Looking at you I would strongly recommend Thermismooth which, tightens your upper eyelids as well as Botox to lift your forehead a little. You would have to be very careful with Botox in this area because otherwise it could drop your eyebrows. Please go to someone who has a lot of experience. Good luck, Dr. Downie
Dermal fillers are not intended to weigh down the eyelids. This fellow may have been depressing his brow for the look or naturally has a heavy upper lid that hangs onto the lash. Fillers will not be a good idea however you may want to try Botox or Dysport in the forehead only which will remove any brow elevation leaving only motion in the depressors pulling the brow down. that may render the look you are desiring. I have several men who enjoy this look and thats what I do for them. If you hate it you could add the area above the nose which will help lift the brow or just wait the 4 months for into resolve.I hope this answers your question , I do think the forehead only treatment may get you there or close to it.
I am sorry to see what you are going through. This is the result of the healing after the trauma. The healing process implies neovascularization and the change in color in the area can be due to that. The filler has nothing to do with this problem. consult with an expert to recommend...
Anytime a filler is placed into the body a lump can occur. Likely after 3 weeks this is a lump from filler and not swelling or a bruise. If it is not bothersome or noticeable it can be left to breakdown over time. Alternatively it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Please...
You are correct that Ultra Plus is "thicker" (has a higher G prime or hardness) compared to Ultra. I suggest considering Volbella, the new recently FDA approved filled by the Juvederm family specifically for lip augmentation; it is smoother to inject and blends the various aesthetic units...
