Hi! I'm a 27F with signs of premature aging. I started losing facial fat in my early twenties and it's just gotten worse from there. I'm often mistaken as someone significantly older (late 30s). I've spoken to a few doctors on the potential of cheek fillers to lift the area but they always seem to discourage that route as they say this is concerning my zygomatic ligament. What you would recommend?

Unfortunately, you have not provided a lateral view. It may be possible that a chin implant would help improve the definition. It is a simple procedure done intra-orally and costs $3,500.
