Hey I am about to turn thirty ? I am wondering if a mini facelift and submentoplasty is needed . My goal is have extremely tight and model like features . What procedures who you all honestly suggest ? Btw I have had facial fillers ( lips , chins , cheeks and undereye ) . My looks are very important to me , so what will make me look more attractive ? I am also thinking botox to lift the brow and at the sides of the jaw ( to feminise the face ) . Please me know . Thanks
