What procedures would you recommend I have to rejuvenate? (Photo)

I’m leaning towards mini facelift since when I left my temples up, it looks much better. I’ve had non-surgical procedures in this past year, such as PDO thread lift twice which lasted a wk, Endolift, Thermage, filler & Botox so it cost me over 10 grand for little to no noticeable improvement. I’m now very limited on funds so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your photographs. You appear young, with good neck contour and only slight midface deflation and slightly irregularity of your jawline.  A mini facelift, under local anesthesia, can give you a cost-effective way to rejuvenate your face and jawline with a short recovery time.  A mini facelift would still allow your surgeon to elevate and smooth the SMAS layer beneath your skin to help define and straighten your jawline and shift volume upward to accent your cheeks. Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your question and photos. The best option is a facelift (either SMAS or deep plane). I would not recommend a mini facelift because if you are going to undergo surgery, it would really be best to lift the jowls and the area around the mouth that makes the corners of the mouth appear downturned. Save your resources for the procedure that will work--anything that does not involve skin removal and tightening of the SMAS will not be sufficient or long-lasting.

You have laxity along your jawline and a little on your neck. A facelift would be a good option for you. Those other minimally invasive options don’t work. Just get a standard facelift

A full set of facial photographs from all angles including your neck are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. Mini lifts give mini results,and  are usually not very effective

Hey there! Excellent question - although from your description of pulling upwards on your temples, I think you have your answer - a full facelift + necklift. A mini-facelift will only address the lower 1/3 of her face, jawline, and neck. From your photos, it'd be best to address your midface/cheek area as well in order to resuspend some of the volume you have. Hope that helps!

Based on your posted photos, the other treatments you tried are non-surgical and offer very little improvement as you have found out. I agree you need a full mini face necklace with muscle implication and nano rafting to areas of your face fee $10,000. Best virtual consult with.
