I’m leaning towards mini facelift since when I left my temples up, it looks much better. I’ve had non-surgical procedures in this past year, such as PDO thread lift twice which lasted a wk, Endolift, Thermage, filler & Botox so it cost me over 10 grand for little to no noticeable improvement. I’m now very limited on funds so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Answer: A mini facelift under local would be an excellent choice.
Unfortunately, you have not provided a lateral view. It may be possible that a chin implant would help improve the definition. It is a simple procedure done intra-orally and costs $3,500.

Thank you for your photographs. The red appearance of your mini facelift scar will likely fade gradually overtime and become less conspicuous and less red. This, however, does not change the position of your incision. It may be possible to have a revision, under local anesthesia, at some point...
There is literally nothing to tighten in your face/neck other than skin, esp at this age, so surgery would be a waste of money because your skin will just stretch again. Focus on skin quality/integrity and procedures that work on those.
