My neck and face blend in together - what surgery would help most? (Photo)

My Jaw doesnt have much definition against my neck. It always looks like they blend into one and makes me look chubby? A) I only weight 120lbs at 5’5 so its not something weight loss can fix. B) i have already had lipo under chin and made no difference (3 years ago now) Would you recommend a lower face lift? Chin Implant? Neck lift? Please advise.

There is literally nothing to tighten in your face/neck other than skin, esp at this age, so surgery would be a waste of money because your skin will just stretch again. Focus on skin quality/integrity and procedures that work on those.

Generally I would not do any kind of facelift at your age although there are exceptions. Unfortunately your photos don’t tell the whole story

A mini facelift primarily helps the jawline, so if that is your main concern, you will see a nice result. If your neck bothers you, a more advanced procedure would be needed.
