Unfortunately, you have not provided a lateral view. It may be possible that a chin implant would help improve the definition. It is a simple procedure done intra-orally and costs $3,500.

It’s hard to tell your situation from the limited photograph. You also don’t give your age. It would be unusual for me to do a facelift in a woman under 45
