One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This will help with the nasolabial fold and the drooping corners of the mouth.

Neither the indications shown in the photograph, nor the history of your chronological age should direct anybody to suggest a facelift to you. What you are describing is normal youthful anatomy based on your genetics which is highlighted by lighting and shadows. There is potential to suggest some aesthetic treatments to you, based on an examination, but surgery at this time would be a very fruitless endeavor and only offer risk.

Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by facial, skeletal structure.
Individuals who have ideal facial bone structure, have a skeletal foundation that can support soft tissues without looking like they’re hanging off the face.
Issues related to the lower 1/3 of the face are usually related to issues regarding the shape and size of the mandible.
This includes loss of jawline, deformation of a double chin, premature gels, and premature deepening of Nasolabial folds.
Soft tissue solutions and at addressing problems that are fundamentally based on skeletal structures are at best going to give partial improvements.
If you do look at those who age well, such as the great senior model Carmen Dell'Orefice you’ll find that they usually have a very strong mandible, and like you have protected their face from some damage starting at an early age.
Altering facial, skeletal structure is pretty complex And often more than what most people are willing to undergo.
In regards to Aesthetic surgery some problems have easy, straightforward solutions, and others are more complex and difficult to treat.
Any solid treatment plan should always begin with having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem or ideology is.
