Hi there, I'm a 24 year old woman and I've started to notice these strong shadows going down from the corner of my mum, as well as up into the lip area. This connects with the smile line/nasolabial fold and is creating this effect that I think makes me look very old for my age and I don't know what is causing it. If it helps I've been wearing sunscreen every day since I was 13 diligently... What would help this/causes it? Would I need fillers or a facelift? thank you :)
