Hello. Great question. Thank you for your pictures. Based on your images, you can benefit from a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.
A traditional, full tummy tuck will give best results. Anything less, will not and you will be seeking a second procedure afterwards. This will remove all excess skin from your belly - a mini tuck, radio frequency, laser will not give good results. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you will achieve your body goal with a full tummy tuck combined with intense liposuction including abdomen, waist, laterals and upper and lower back to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
With the degree of laxity that you have just doing a mini tuck without the peri umbilical incision you would still be loose above your belly button. Whether or not you need to have you muscle tightened would depend on your physical exam, but most often some plication is necessary.Good luck,Dr. Tucker
Thank you for providing photos.I would recommend a full tummy tuck. You will be able to get rid of any loose skin, give you a flatter abdomen and a more defined waist line. When ready remember to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best of luck.
After 4 pregnancies, I believe you need a full tummy tuck. The technique I recommend is abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and maintains a reduced weight. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You are fit as a fiddle and your photos demonstrate a little or no body fat! However 4 full-term pregnancies tend to stretch out the abdominal wall and skin significantly and your best option is by far is a traditional Tummytuck. Radio frequency procedures will have no effect on your redundant skin. Full Tummytuck will provide the most dramatic and positive results. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, skin laxity, and history of 4 children, you are a great candidate for a full tummy tuck with liposuction. This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line. The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior. Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
From the submitted photos it appears the standard (full) tummy tuck would give you the best result. This will address excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The result will be a tighter, flatter tummy. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
