What do I need to ask for in order to have my tummy tuck surgery covered under FMLA? (Not to be confused with disability) This will be completely cosmetic not looking to get paid, just approved for the time off.

Based on the degree of skin laxity and stretch marks there is not a good alternative for you besides the tummy tuck. Liposuction may lead to more skin laxity. Skin tightening treatments such as BodyTite or J Plasma are designed for those with mild to moderate skin laxity.
