Can I get lipo/TummyTuck/panniculectomy like this or do I have to lose more weight? (Photos)

Question

I used to be 300 lbs.. lost over 150lbs once I had gastric bypass and was at a good weight, but was left with a lot of loose skin. After that weight loss, I got pregnant and gained a decent amount of weight back and it's been extremely difficult to lose. I take prednisone also so it makes even that much more difficult. I am now 190 , 5'3 ... is surgery even an option for me as I am? I really just want my belly done and my back rolls lipo'd.. a bbl wouldn't hurt either Lol but not a necessity

Congratulations on your weight loss!
For health and safety reasons, best to be at a BMI less than 30 or within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stable at that weight for 6 months prior to surgery for optimal results.

You can certainly consider having surgery now.  You could also consider losing weight.  The best time to have the surgery is when you've reached a weight that you think you will maintain in the long term.  There's no use crash-dieting before surgery, just to gain 20 lbs afterwards.

You could be a surgical candidate but your overall health needs to be evaluated as well as why you are on Prednisone. Depending on those answers and whether you have been at a stable weight, you could be a candidate for a few different procedures.A tummy tuck and back liposuction would give good results, but you may still have the rolls that are bothering you. They may need to be removed surgically. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options.
