Thanks for the question, serum is a collection of body fluid. It is more common in larger volume liposuction procedures, sounds like you guys are doing everything. Just hang in there it should settle with time and you will get the results you desired!

You need recurrent drainage till the seroma is gone, tight compression, lymphatic massage and RF treatments like venus legacy.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Seroma formation often requires serial aspirations if found and treated early enough.  Usually followed with a compression garment this helps resolve the seromas over several weeks.  If the seroma was formed from your TT and has persisted, it may have a capsule around it that requires surgical correction.  Talk to your surgeon about your concerns and options for ongoing treatment.  Hope this helps.
