5'8", 135lbs, exercise regularly. But even during my most "cut" periods, I always have a little ring of hard fat around my navel. I've read enough (and seen Tara Reid) to know that lipo on a stomach that doesn't have a lot of fat to begin with can be disastrous. So, is there a way to tell if I'm a good candidate for lipo of that small area? A particular type of lipo? I desperately don't want the cottage cheese look of botched lipo, but that little donut has bothered me for years. Thank you!
