Would I benefit at all from liposuction? I don't want to get a tummy tuck til after I have another child

Hello and thank you for your question.  The main question is how soon are you planning to have another child?  I would not recommend liposuction only.  You have too much skin laxity.   Based on your
photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate

You need a mommy makeover, do not waste your money with liposuction or non invasive treatments until you are done having kids.  Then you can get hi definition contouring with skin removal.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi and thank you for your pictures and questions.  I cannot speak for your arms and back but I would not recommend liposuction alone for your abdomen.  You have enough loose skin and stretch marks that your abdomen may actually look worse after liposuction alone.  A full tummy tuck would provide the best results but if you planning on more children, it is probably best to wait until you are finished with pregnancies before a tummy tuck.  Good luck!

Liposuction can be performed between having children as, generally speaking, tummy tuck is not a good idea until you are done with having children. Liposuction can remove fat and make your overall shape better, but liposuction will not improve the skin.

Liposuction will help remove unwanted fat, but loose skin will still be present and may actually worsen.  As long as you understand the skin will not look any better, then you will be fine.  The tummy tuck should wait until you are done with child bearing.Good Luck!

just liposuction is not enough for your tummy area. It is better the skin resection.
If you decide surgery before the second child, even you can have the tummy tuck (or mini tt at least) and have more babies on the future.
Of course after next child you are going to be candidate for new surgery again.

Lipo will help but you may not be totally happy with the result. If you are planning on having a child soon, may be better to wait and do it right later. 

Hello dear!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your photos you are a good candidate for the liposuction and a tummy tuck. I think you should wait, because with that skin is impossible to get a good results with a liposuction, because it has many stretch marks, sags too much and it left a lot of skin.
The combination of a liposuction with a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. It is also important to realize that there is usually a limit on how much fat can be remove in a combined procedure.
In general you may be a good tummy tuck candidate if: You are physically healthy and at a stable weight, You have realistic expectations, You are a non-smoker, You are bothered by the appearance of your abdomen. 
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals.
