I’m a 5’9 female 165lbs. I workout often & tend to lose weight all over & my stomach gets flat but doesn’t look curvy. What is the best procedure for me to give me the hourglass feminine look?

Many varieties of liposuction are available including ultrasonic, smart lipo, laser liposuction vaser lipo, power assisted liposuction, and conventional tumescent liposuction. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the surgeon selected. Liposuction removes fat.  Liposuction may not create a greater problem with skin laxity, but liposuction will not improve the skin quality.  The skin can tighten after liposuction as the swelling continues to resolve. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced through liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, bra roll, and love handles to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.  The harvested fat can be transferred to the hips to make your waist look even smaller.

To help address your concerns with the most predictable procedure I would use is vaser energy to melt all the unwanted stubborn fat, this allows for sculpting similar to softening clay vs chipping away at it (traditional lipo), gentle small cannulas to remove the fat and jplasma to help tighten the skin. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. You do have the basic structure for a better definition of your waist and creating more of an hourglass figure. To get a snatched waist you need to have aggressive fat removal of the torso/sides and have fat injections on the hips/buttock to give the illusion of an S Curve.
