I had a rhinoplasty a year and a half a go, it was just only to remove a hump, but I feel like my nose is so big and wide. What do I need to make it look more delicate? and small? Or do I need to fix something on my face so that my nose fits my face?

It’s unfortunate that your surgeon did not recommend a tip refinement with your original procedure. However, you can certainly pursue this now in a revision rhinoplasty. This surgery is one of the most complex and even more complicated than an initial rhinoplasty in many cases. Make sure you are working with a very experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon to ensure your next surgery is both safe and successful.

Rhinoplasty is addressing all aspects of the nose in the same operation. Though very often patients point out to a very obvious deformity such as a large hump or gross saddle etc .In your case you may need osteotmies to narrow bony vault ,expander grafts for middle vault reconstruction ,Tip plasty by cephalic reduction and suture technique .A diced cartilage in facia tube to enhance the dorsum so that the nose looks natural .You need a revision Rhinoplasty by an experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon to address your concerns of wide nose & wide amorphous nasal tip

Hello, it's nice that you got the hump removed. But it would have been really good if the dorsal augmentation with the tip definition was undertaken during the same time. That would have been more suitable and that's what you are feeling to lack at present, I guess. Do consult a certified plastic surgeon for an examination.
