Had a rhinoplasty 1 1/2 years ago to remove a hump. What do I need to do to make it look more delicate? Small? (photos)

Though very often patients point out to a very obvious deformity such as a large hump or gross saddle etc .In your case you may need osteotmies to narrow bony vault ,expander grafts for middle vault reconstruction ,Tip plasty by cephalic reduction and suture technique .A diced cartilage in facia tube to enhance the dorsum so that the nose looks natural .You need a revision Rhinoplasty by an experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon to address your concerns of wide nose & wide amorphous nasal tip

Hello, it's nice that you got the hump removed. But it would have been really good if the dorsal augmentation with the tip definition was undertaken during the same time. That would have been more suitable and that's what you are feeling to lack at present, I guess. Do consult a certified plastic surgeon for an examination.
