Removing Gore-Tex nasal implant from 10 years ago. Would it cause too much trauma to remove implant and have surgery later?

I have a 4mm Gore-Tex implant that I absolutely hate and plan on removing in the future. My biggest concern is, it's been 10 years already since my surgery. I'm worried that it'll be harder to remove the implant and that I will have loose skin if I don't replace the implant with something else. I would ideally love to have a revision surgery in the future with a DCF. Would it cause too much trauma to my nose to remove the implant and then again have another surgery later down the road? Thank you.
