1st rhinoplasty done 20+ yrs ago. I’m interested in a revision, but I don’t want whole nose redone. There are a lot of cosmetic issues, but I’m okay w/ most of it. My breathing is fine, & my nostrils are symmetrical (1st surgery closed). I’ve had 2 consults w/ great surgeons, but they only want to full revision w/ an open procedure & rib graft. I’m not looking for perfection, I just want the bridge filed down & 1 of my nostrils lengthened. Are there any surgeons who will do this sort of thing?
