Considering a revision rhinoplasty. I want a small upturned nose. Advice? (photos)

Asked By:MarieNYC3 in NYC

I am considering a revision rhinoplasty 3 years post op. I have a wide nose, nostrils too small and don't show enough, and nose tilts down when I smile. I would want a thinner/smaller upturned nose with nostrils more visible. Similar to a "Barbie" or "doll" nose as think this would fit my face. I see that the type of nose I want is commonly given as a result in Turkey but I am from NYC and am looking for local doctors with photos of results as I described. Any advice would be appreciated!
