Considering a revision rhinoplasty. I want a small upturned nose. Advice? (photos)

After looking at your photos, you do appear to have some drooping and additional length to your nose. It should be possible to make your nose shorter and more uplifted. It's very important to see a surgeon that has performed many revision rhinoplasties and bring some photos of your original nose to the consultation.

I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Your goals and possibilities are best determined during an in-office consultation. Best of luck!

Be careful asking for a "Barbie" nose. That is not realistic and good surgeons would be turned off by this request. That said, I have some idea what you mean by that, which is you are looking for a more feminine nose. The way to achieve this is by rotating and stabilizing the top and creating a "supratip break". If you require a smaller appearance, it may be better than if your nose was "overresected". Your candidacy for revision would necessitate an examination, and review of your prior operative report and photos may help as well. Thank you.
