6 months post rhino/septo/turbino and can not breathe at all through my left nostril. My surgeon inspected & said "I can't see any problems". No air comes out at all. I also have a large sausage shaped lump under my right eye, a very uneven tip and two large hard lumps on each side. I look much worse now from the front. My surgeon says "it's minor and no one will notice but you", but I think I need revision surgery (especially to fix the breathing). Second opinions?
