I went back to work 3 days after my bbl I stand up all day. Was that the smart thing to do? Now I'm 7 days out and getting the chills what is the worst that can happen? I'm scared & worried now

Answer: Scared and worried. Please contact your board certified plastic surgery and immediately to discuss your condition. The doctor and his office staff should be aware of how your feeling after surgery. She/he will discuss a treatment plan after examining you. Good luck

Answer: Chills after a BBL Having chills after a BBL could mean several different things.It is imperative that you let your plastic surgeon know I let him or her evaluate you.Some patients will have fevers a couple of days after surgery related to not taking deep breath's. This is from a process called atelectasis.Surgical infections typically present 3 to 5 days after surgery.There are of course other conditions giving people chills such as the common cold.Explaining possible scenarios is probably not appropriate in this context.Infections and potential infections should be taken seriously and managed in a timely manner.I recommend you contact your plastic surgeon as soon as possible.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
