01/29/2025 was my surgery date. I am 52yo. I had a consult with the doctor before, at no cost. Everything went as described by his staff, from appointments all the way to surgery. NO unexpected charges. I searched for a month and when the consult ended, I KNEW he was the doctor for me. He listened, asked my goal, and he took his time. I was large all over my mid area. He gave me an ETT, MR and lipo. My surgery scar is sooooo slick looking. It is perfect. As for pain, I HAD NO PAIN. Literally NONE! Uncomfortable feelings, yes. But NO excruciating pain, at all. I heard about the Exparel shot, so I called and it was included in my "quote". Mid April I was back to complete normal activity. I would choose Dr. Jejurikar again! I am so thrilled with my results. I can start my day with any choice of shirt or jeans that I want, without a second thought. This is nothing short of a mircale, no pain and wearing what I want! Thank you to Dr. Jejurikar, Colette, and Sarah.
Firstly, I’d like to say that Dr Jejurikar and his team were wonderful. Collette his assistant and Caroline were very patient, answering my questions and any concerns I had throughout the whole process. I had two procedures with Dr J: a breast augmentation and 360 liposuction. I had subfascial implants - 450CC MPP gummy bear silicon. In Summary: 1) I am happy with the size, shape, look & feel of my breasts and 2) even though the liposuction recovery was very hard, I am happy that it has given me the silhouette that I’ve always wanted – a better waist to hip ratio i.e. a more snatched waistline. Please read on if you care for more details on both procedures. 1. BREAST AUG DETAILS: * Dr J makes use of 3D imaging to help patients visualize what different sizes and profiles would look like on their own body. It surprised me to find out that many surgeons do not do this. * Based on my body type, existing breast tissue, size preference etc., Dr J recommended subfascial placement which is where the implant is placed beneath between the fascia and chest muscle. This type of placement has a shorter recovery time and is known to be a good option for active ladies as there is lower chance of animation deformity. * Placing implants beneath the fascia requires a high level of surgical precision. It takes a highly skilled surgeon - like Dr J - to get the placement right and also to avoid damaging surrounding tissues. * Even with the shorter recovery time of subfascial placement, it still took 6 months before my breasts really started to look & feel more natural to me. But everyone's recovery time will be different. * Nine months on, my breasts have continued to soften and my husband says they now feel like completely natural breasts. * I wanted breasts to look similar to the “wish” picture I provided to Dr J. As you can see he has done an excellent job of emulating this on my body. For reference I’ve also provided pictures of how my breasts look in a balconette bra. 2. 360 LIPO DETAILS: * The end results are great but if you are considering this procedure, be mentally prepared that the recovery will likely be very painful and drawn out. Physically extracting fat disturbs the nerves so it can take weeks for the numbness to disappear and potentially months before the skin feels normal again. * It took me a good four months before my skin stopped hurting. During the recovery process, I occasionally felt “electric shock” sensations - these were my nerves healing. * You will need someone to help you move within the first few days of surgery and to also help empty the drains that will be coming out of you. Despite the painkillers, getting in and out of bed was excruciating for me. * In order to gain the best results you’ll need to start lymphatic drainage massages within a few days following your surgery. This is to help with eliminating the extra fluid form your body and prevent it from hardening. I did about 14 massages post-surgery. * Be prepared to wear faja suits for a few months to help with compression, shaping & healing. These can be hot, uncomfortable and restrictive – but necessary it seems. * I am happy with my silhouette, but I wish I had really understood how involved the recovery process was going to be!
I waited until later in life to have my mommy makeover and was extremely concerned that it would do more harm than good due to now having reflux. This condition was so bad that I literally had to sit nearly straight up to sleep. I consulted with Dr. J on and off for three years before finally deciding to move forward with the surgery. Let me tell you! I can now lay flat to sleep! Dr. J took extreme care to tailor my procedure to fit my needs, and my quality of life is better because of his skill and experience. Plus, his right hand, Colette, is phenomenal. In fact, his entire staff is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. J.
Dr. J is very personal able and the staff is extremely friendly. I felt comfortable and my questions were answered. I have my date scheduled for late Sept and am excited to see the results. I ask am getting vases lipo Updated on 27 Sep 2022: Pain was a 10 on the first day, nine on the second day ,nine on the third day and an eight on the fourth day. Dr. Jejurikar exceeded my expectations in every way. I never felt rushed or unheard during consultation, his staff was wonderful, the surgery center was great, and follow-up care was abundant and compassionate (I can’t overstate how much it put my mind at ease to be able to text my doctor with questions and concerns after surgery). But perhaps most importantly, he’s an incredibly skilled surgeon. I am thrilled with my results. I was on the fence about tummy tuck for years - for any person in the same boat, I would highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Jejurikar. Choosing him as my surgeon was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I just bought my first bikini since my 9YO was born! This experience was worth every penny.
Upon researching I choose Dr.J to do my surgery. It was the BEST decision I ever made! We did a Zoom consultation while I was working in Chicago. Surgery on 11/09/2021 (after my work contract ended). Dr.J is extremely kind, empathetic, and has surgical precision like I have never seen. His office staff is WONDERFUL, as well as his PA! Post-op he gives out his personal cell number to his patients in case of any complications or questions. He is amazing!
My experience with Dr. J and his staff has been nothing short of amazing! Dr. J’s knowledge and skills, his accessibility, and follow up care made this process so smooth! I’m so thankful I chose him… no regrets!
I chose Dr. Jejurikar because he LISTENED to my interests and goals prior to consulting with his recommended solutions. Furthermore, he was HONEST about potential aesthetics with certain procedures as it pertain to my body’s current state. During the recovery process, Dr. J. has been AMAZING - always quickly responding or providing quick responses to questions about post-op care.My procedures included TT and 360 Lipo. I was fascinated to see immediate results. Additionally, I received inner thigh Lipo. At 6 weeks Post-op, I am VERY PLEASED with all areas of treatment! Dr. Jejurikar is a 5-star plastic surgeon with 5-star bedside manners. If you choose him, expect to have a great experience and GREAT RESULTS! His assistant Sarah… she is an angel on Earth! She has the patience of Job, an unrelenting smile in her voice, and she exudes “warmth and kindness.” After a certain stage of the process, I was advised to reach out to other ladies for certain questions; but I preferred Sarah. Her energy, kindness, and client relation skills are five star. Thank you very much Dr. Jejurikar for your masterful skills and helping me to achieve my goals.
I had my surgery on August 27th and had a great experience with Dr. Jejurikar and the staff. My body looks more curvy and the incision is very fine and the navel is perfectly aligned with my waist. Thanks you.
I love this man. He has great bed side manner and is truly talented in the surgery world. He changed my life. I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon for my needs. He has always answered all my questions, been attentive, and the staff are amazing. I couldn’t recommend a better person to go to. Thank you Dr. Jejurikar and staff
Unfortunately, you do not seem to have enough fat to increase your breast size 2 cup sizes via fat transfer. The resorption of fat in the breast after fat transfer is more significant than in the buttock, so in general, a 2 cup size enhancement is rarely possible. Your best option would seem to be breast augmentation with implants. Not only will that accomplish your goals, but it will be much more simple to execute. Hope this helps - Sam Jejurikar, MD
You may be a great candidate for a BBL, particularly if you're planning on putting 5ish pounds. Biggest goal behind the operation is to create a transformation in body and buttock shape, which is entirely possible in small patients like you. You will definitely get roundness and upper pole fullness with a BBL, but you shouldn't expect the world's largest butt!Hope this helps - Sam Jejurikar, MD
You could definitely still be a candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. I would recommend starting with a hematologist, who could help stratify your risk for getting blood clots in the future. Should you be at higher risk, sometimes adding blood thinning medication around the time of surgery greatly reduces the risk to the point of making the procedure safe.Hope this helps! All the best - Sam Jejurikar, MD
The prominence of your chest wall appears to come from prominent ribs, not a prominent sternum. As such, it doesn’t appear from the pictures that you have pectus carinatum.A breast lift and implant would likely camouflage the prominent ribs and restore your chest wall.Hope this helps! All the best - Sam Jejurikar, MD
Is it possible that you are recovering from a tummy tuck? Your pictures suggest that that may be the case. If so, your best bet is to wait 12 months to allow all of your swelling to pass before deciding whether or not you need additional procedures. If not, you appear to be quite petite, so you may get reasonable results from liposuction alone. Your best bet is to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.Hope this helps! Sam Jejurikar, MD
