Liposuction with flip (full back/that's what my surgeon call it)? Is bra fat roll area included with this procedure? (photo)

I'm getting breast reduction, extended TT, liposuction with flip, and chin/neck lipo in Oct. 2017. I was wondering w/ liposuction with lipo includes bra fat roll area? I mean would think they are in the same area. Would it make my back smoother? Thanks in advance!

None of us will know what was discussed between you and your surgeon when you had your appointment. If you don't have a totally clear understanding of what will be done during your surgery you will need to visit the surgeon for that information.
