The best bet is to find a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in combination procedures. Combination procedures are very effective but SAFETY is the key! There's no age limit for mommy makeover procedure. However, patients must be over 18 years of age.

50 is a perfectly reasonable age to undergo a mommy makeover, and many patients this age (and older!) enjoy great results. Overall health is a much more important consideration than age. You should have clear, well-defined goals and be healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia and care for yourself after surgery.

More important than age is the health of the patient! I have done Mommy Makeover surgery on  patients in their 50's, 60's and 70's with excellent results! Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and ask to see lots of before and after pictures. Good luck!
