The round bulbous tip can be improved significantly with her rhinoplasty.  The overall length of the nose can also be made to appear longer with cartilaginous grafts.  However, the shape of the nostrils is very difficult to change.  RegardsDr. J

Thank you for your question.  Simply put, a nose can be surgically reshaped assuming the patient is healthy, has reasonable expectations, and has anatomy favorable for a surgical procedure.  The critical thing for the patient is seeking out an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon. Seeing photos is not sufficient to give you a complete answer, so I would recommend that you seek out a few in-person opinions.
