I read that most of the people their swollen lip will decrease after 3 weeks or month maximum, am 2 months and half and still can't see all my teeth and the swelling under the nose and above the upper lip is seen as the pics. Am so worried i called my surgeon and told me its normal to be swollen some people take 3 weeks some people 6 months. What do you think ?

Twelve days is too early to evaluate results from your rhinoplasty. Swelling takes months to go away. As the swelling goes away it does so intermittently and asymmetrically. This means it will happen faster at some times and also quicker on one side versus the other....
Dear rosiecon12, Yes a nose can be to small for a patients face. Perhaps you do not hear that complaint however as surgeons we see patients who do complain of this especially those who may have had their noses over reduced and would have preferred a more natural appearance. Imaging is a good too...
