Of course you can have lipo again, particularly if many years ago. We see it all the time! Technology today is great at breaking up scar tissue to achieve smooth impactful results. Hello @kaufmanLady2021 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Yes you can have liposuction in the same places you had before. What liposuction does is to reduce the amount of fat cells in you body and in your case I suggest liposculture that is a procedure where we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious and if someday you gain weight it will be evenly. The thing I noticed when doing liposuction by sectors or areas is that when the person gains weight the parts where there was not fat cell removals grow bigger.
