Hello, 10 years ago I had liposuction of the midsection, hips and thighs with mediocre/uneven results. Can you have this surgery done on the same body parts again? Is this even the right surgery for a more youthful, slim appearance for a 50 year old? Thanks in advance!!
Answer: Second round of lipo Of course you can have lipo again, particularly if many years ago. We see it all the time! Technology today is great at breaking up scar tissue to achieve smooth impactful results. I would recommend you find a board certified plastic surgeon near you. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org. Best of luck!

Answer: Had liposuction 10 years ago. Can I have lipo done on the same body parts again? Hello @kaufmanLady2021 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Yes you can have liposuction in the same places you had before. What liposuction does is to reduce the amount of fat cells in you body and in your case I suggest liposculture that is a procedure where we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious and if someday you gain weight it will be evenly. The thing I noticed when doing liposuction by sectors or areas is that when the person gains weight the parts where there was not fat cell removals grow bigger. I link a video that can shed more light on liposculture. Best wishes!

Answer: VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO / 360 Degree Liposculpture / Body Contouring / REVISION Lipo I can understand your concern. Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of QWO or Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Had liposuction 10 years ago. Can I have lipo done on the same body parts again? Yes, you can have lipo again on the same areas treated previously if not all of the fat was removed from them. It looks like you could still benefit from some additional lipo to your abdomen, waist, back bra rolls, hips, and thighs. Oh and you are also a good age for having his procedure done :) I think you’ll have great results! Good luck!

Answer: Liposuction revision Dear kaufmanLady2021, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to repeat liposuction of the same areas. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
