It appears that you have right sided ptosis (droopiness) of the upper eyelid.  There are a number of reasons to have developed this as an adult, especially as the result of a previous injury.  This is something that can be repaired and made to look similar to the other (uninjured) side.  See a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for an in-person physical examination and consultation to best determine the course of treatment.
