Dear doctors! Im 5 week post ptosis surgery on both eyes.. it has a weird peak pointy shape. I told my surgeon to fix it at 10 days but he said it will look fine.. but i dont see improvement in the peak area at all and i dont see any body have peak contour early in their recovery.. do you think this is normal in ptosis surgery and that it will resolve and the contour is round again?

A blepharoplasty (skin removal) is not going to remove the brow bone protrusion or what you describe as a bump one the tail of the brow bone. A blepharoplasty incision can, however, be used for access to do tail of the brow bone shaving.
Hi there,
I think you are a good candidate for upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.
Your upper lids would do well with full upper lid blephs and lower lid could have a pinch blepharoplasty to get rid of minor lower lid skin excess without much risk.
Make sure you see a well trained plastic...
As long as the ocular rosacea is controlled, it should be acceptable to undergo a upper blepharoplasty procedure. Also would be a good idea to check with your ophthalmologist for their medical clearance.
