9 days ago I went to a highly recommended plastic surgeon for under eye filler in my tear trough area to correct under eye circles. I thought during the consult he told me that he would use Restalyne for the procedure. When I received an email afterwards from the office it stated Juvederm Vollure XC was used.It is now 9 days post injections and I have morning puffiness and an all day heavy feeling under my eyes. The results look good, but they feel SO HEAVY and puffy. Will this go away?

Answer: Swelling after Tear Trough Injections--wait 2 weeks, reverse with hyalurondase
For 5 weeks after surgery, you look fine. There is a natural amount of scar in your eyelid after surgery that will resolve over the next six months allowing the eyelids to relax and stretch. You should relax and let the healing take place.
A blepharoplasty (skin removal) is not going to remove the brow bone protrusion or what you describe as a bump one the tail of the brow bone. A blepharoplasty incision can, however, be used for access to do tail of the brow bone shaving.
Hi there,
I think you are a good candidate for upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.
Your upper lids would do well with full upper lid blephs and lower lid could have a pinch blepharoplasty to get rid of minor lower lid skin excess without much risk.
Make sure you see a well trained plastic...
