I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hall! I had been to a few consults with other surgeons prior to my consult with Dr. Hall, and immediately after my first appointment with Dr. Hall I felt comfortable moving forward with my surgery. He was kind, thorough, attentive, and honest. Being a medical provider myself, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Hall’s knowledge and ability to put my worries at ease. He truly did make me feel like he cared about me as a person, rather than just another patient. The phenomenal results he achieved was just a bonus to how pleasant the entire surgical process was. Based on my experience, I can confidently say he is the best plastic surgeon in TN!
I’ve been small chested all my life and I’ve wanted breast implants since I was a teenager. Im 5’2, 140ish lbs, and a previous 34b. My surgery date was March 8. Dr. Hall and his staff are awesome and I could not be more pleased with this whole experience. I showed the dr my “wish pics” and he ultimately chose 375cc high profile silicone , under the muscle. They are still very high and tight at a week out. I’m trying to be patient but so ready to see the end result !
I had upper bleph done and I love my results! I can now wear eyeliner without it smearing from my hooded eyelids!! I wish I would've done this surgery sooner. Jason Hall and his team was great! Now I'm thinking about what I wanna do next!!
I can't say enough. From the 1st conversation until booking surgery was a breeze. So helpful and great to make sure I knew what to expect. The surgery experience was 1st class. Surgery was at the time stated and I was home and resting quickly with no memory of the ride. Which is what I wanted. Now, results!?! YES! I score a 15 out of 10.
I got my BA 4/22/21. the day I turned 26! Iv always been tiny 5'3 fluctuate 90-110lbs and have always been flat chested until I breastfeed my daughter, but after that was still around 32aa when they shrunk. I am so happy for myself now!! They looked tiny right after surgery and looked super weird that night but look better today. I can't wait till they drop and fluff!!
Amazing! Dr. Hall helped me with scarring after a traumatic car accident, using PRP microneedling. My scars are almost unnoticeable now, whereas before they were dark and slightly raised and I couldn’t go anywhere without people asking me what happened to my hand. He was much more thorough and caring than the ER doc who damaged a nerve stitching me up in a rush. Dr. Hall even immediately got peroxide to wipe off a drop of blood that splashed onto my coat. The attention to detail and concern for me as a human being, from him and all of his office staff, was unrivaled. I’ve met a lot of plastic surgeons who treat people outside the 1% as if their lives don’t matter, but Dr. Hall cares about his paying and nonpaying patients equally (he volunteers his time each year for cleft palate surgery in developing countries).
Dr. Hall, I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks and appreciation to you and your team. Thank you for taking care of me, thank you for all of the work that you put in to develop your surgical skills, and thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns. You are changing the lives of the people you work with, and you have changed my life as well. To those reading this review, Nearly six months ago, I underwent an open surgical revision of a severely deviated septum. The main goal of the surgery was to re-establish an open and unobstructed airway to improve my breathing during sleep and sports. Before surgery, I had been suffering with breathing problems for nearly a decade following multiple fractures to my nose in middle and high school from various sports. The fractures were severe enough to nearly completely close my left sinus with what remained of my severely deformed septum. My occluded airway effected my performance with the various sports I was participating in and made sleeping difficult. Towards the end of college my breathing was so bad that I started seeking professional advice. Before finding Doctor Hall and his team, I went to two Ear Nose and Throat doctors that identified the obstruction in my left sinus that was blocking the air and recommended various surgical procedures that would re-open the blocked airway to improve breathing. After several weeks of researching accomplished surgeons in the Southeast, my family and I found Dr Hall and his team through testimonials from some of his previous patients. When Dr. Hall finished his surgery, I took the first breath through my nose that I can remember in years. It’s hard to explain what it feels like to suddenly be able to breathe again. I am no longer having difficulty falling asleep, and I wake up every morning feeling well-rested. I have also noticed a major improvement in my breathing when I am running. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If you are considering surgery, I can wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Hall and his team.
I have had several plastic surgeries to remove excess skin after loosing over 180 lbs This is my final surgery and the one I had the most fear to undergo. Dr Reath recommended Dr Jason Hall to me and I am great full. Dr Reath had performed my previous surgeries (360 ; arm lift & breast augmentation and lift). He had old me he doesn't do thigh lifts anymore and suggested Dr Hall I went for a consult back in September 2020 I had also gotten another consult but ultimately choose Dr Hall Several factors led me to choose Dr Hall He was honest about the scar that would most likely remain He was competent in expressing his confidence in performing the surgery He was a little cocky (which for a surgeon is a good thing) but he lost was compassionate Surgeries are performed in a surgery center located under his office (prefect no hospital in this COVID year) Paid deposit and scheduled it for 12/16/20 More.... Updated on 28 Dec 2020: Updated on 28 Dec 2020: The actual surgery took longer than initially expected. Just under 5 hours. The last thing I remember is getting back into bed after Dr Hall marked me. I woke and I was HOME. Kinda freaky. My beloved said he backed into garage and when he helped me out I started walking backwards lol To be honest not much pain day 1. Slept mostly I shower tomorrow Pre surgery Mark up pics attached Feel free to ask any questions. There are not a lot of thigh-lift reviews and I know how much I appreciated the reviews I was able to read. We are all different with different start points and different healing times but reading others reviews was always helpful to me as I hope mine is to others Updated on 29 Dec 2020: I went day 7 and dr decided with the holiday to keep them in until after as my output was on the high side. Day 12 I went back to dr and drains were removed. I have lots of swelling still and have Ben keeping feet elevated unless I am up walking. Also in compression garment 24/7 except when I shower every other day and then air dry about 30 after (with legs elevated). After every surgery I always swell. It’s my bodies when to heal. Updated on 29 Dec 2020: More pics
Hello Real self! I am going to document my journey on here so that some of the local information gets updated and so I can hopefully help others who are walking a similar path to mine. I am a 33-year-old mom of 4. I was obese from around 24 years old til I started my fitness journey when I was 30. I have lost 80lbs through diet (macros) and exercise. Now I struggle because my skin in my stomach hides my hard work. I have abs but they can not fully be seen due to the excessive skin. I am torn on if I want to go through with a mommy makeover. I suppose it will depend on pricing and if I can budget for it. But to have this skin removed would help me feel even better in my own body. The other issue I have is I have NO boobs. I was small chested before kids, then they exploded and after breastfeeding 4 kids I have zero breast tissue left. They are empty skin sacks. Seriously, I roll them up into my bra like a freaking fruit roll up. It's disturbing. With that said, if I have to choose I will choose to have breast augmentation first. I will post some photos of my chest and some of my goal boobs. I'll also post some photos of my stomach. I have a consultation scheduled with Dr. David B. Reath on November 30th. I hope to come back on and update how the consultation goes on December 1st. I do not know if I want above or below muscle. I think above would be best for healing and also because I lift heavy weights. But I don't know that I have the tissue to support/hide and above muscle implant. I plan on doing silicone. If I do the tummy tuck I am very concerned about scaring. Ideally, I would like to do a reduced incision. I am going to see if this is possible. Updated on 1 Dec 2020: Hey guys, I had my consultation with Dr. Death yesterday (30 Nov). Overall his staff was very nice and he took his time and answered my questions. I felt that the pricing that he offered was fair and up front. I definitely am keeping him in mind but I did decide that I want a few other consultations before I make my decision. Hopefully my timeline for having my procedure won't get pushed back too far. I am hoping to have Surgery around March. We shall see. I have consultation scheduled for another local Dr. Dr. Jason Hall and I also have a consult scheduled with Dr. Chad Deal in Chattanooga TN. Once I see them I will decide on more consultations or going with one of them. The one thing that caught me off guard with my consult with Dr. Death is that he recommended my implant to be over the muscle since I am so into fitness. I am curious as to what the other providers will say. Updated on 7 Jan 2021: Hi all! I am going in on March 4th for a drainless tummy tuck and a breast lift with augmentation. Not sure what size implant I will end up with. I am going under the muscle. My surgeon will use sizers and compare them to my goal photos in order to select the size that I need. It will probably be around 350CC. I am going with Dr Jason Hall. I had consults with 3 surgeons and he just made me feelvextremly comfortable. Plus the photos I have seen of his work have all been very nice. He looks to be very detailed oreinted. I have my pre surgery visit in February. At which point I will probably update again. Updated on 7 Mar 2021: Amazing. Dr. Hall was kind and patient. His entire staff answered any and all questions that I had. On March 4th, 2021 I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to my flanks, breast lift, and 425cc implants. So far I am recovering very well and happy with my immediate results! I cant wait to see how everything drops and fluffs! Photos are pre opp and 1 day post-op. I will be updating more as I heal.
I had a lip lift along with my bra line lift. I decided to post them in a different review as it comes as a solo surgery for many of you. I have very thin lips. I have tried filler for the last few years and they just suck it out in 4 months. It was getting to expensive. So, Dr Hall suggested a lip lift. Updated on 22 Dec 2019: My lips are very uneven. I know I’m swollen but when the swelling goes down I can see it’s gonna look like this but not swollen. It’s super difficult not to like how I look. Then, pay thousands of dollars to not get much improvement. I feel silly for doing this now. I will keep posting though the healing process. Updated on 23 Dec 2019: Always such an emotional roller coaster ride for me. Happy/sad, happy/sad. This morning I can see how my lips could even out. But, resting lips still look funny to me. Updated on 24 Dec 2019: Not sure yet. I didn’t have pretty lips to begin with so I guess anything is an improvement. Updated on 26 Dec 2019: I’m here to get stitches removed and see what the doctor has to say. Updated on 27 Dec 2019: So, after stitches came out and a little more swelling decrease it doesn’t look like much took place with my lip lift. But, I’m glad if there is a error that is was on the more conservative side. I can have more taken off if that’s what needs to happen. Updated on 28 Dec 2019: Sometimes I just feel ridiculous getting all these surgeries!! I spend too much time looking myself (ugh) and many others who scrutinizing our every little flaw. But, I know I’m not stopping either. (Insert crazy emoji)! I’m taking a year off though on surgery. I need to give my husband and my body a break. Plus, I’ve got to PAY OFF all this craziness. I wish I was a person who could just age gracefully. However, I’m not accepting this saggy looking skin at all!!! I’m happily married and he could care less. Oh well, that’s why I’m on this site all the time. So, I can gel semi-normal about all of this! Updated on 30 Dec 2019: I’m in such a funky place emotionally. I wanted to look better not worse. I KNOW (intellectually) that I have to give my body time to heal but I’m just unhappy with my appearance. So many people just love their lip lifts right after surgery and at this point they look great. I feel like I look like a pigs snout. Pulled up only in the middle with the sides of my lips turned under. I’ve gone through 3 major surgeries in a short amount of time. I realize I HAVE to let myself heal to see what needs to be tweaked. I think emotionally I’m just down. All my surgeries have been super emotional for me. I realize that others are different. All of seems overwhelming and over the top. I’ve spent $24K on surgeries and $10k on Botox, fillers, lasers, micro needling, and products. To be unhappy makes me so sad. On the verge of tears. Updated on 1 Jan 2020: The incision Dr Hall did on under my nose is flawless!!! The one on my back (I had a bra line lift at the same time reviewed separately) is as well. ....... This lip lift is a surgery on our face so it’s a different experience. For me, I feel a little bit exposed. Obviously we all do these operations to look better and when the initial look is less than desirable it is very upsetting. I think people (ones that know me) are looking at me “what’s wrong with your face?” That’s not what I was going for when I scheduled this procedure. ....... I’m still a little numb under my nose. It feels weird to eat and laugh. For older folks like myself or for people with very thin lips I’m not sure this surgery will have remarkable results. I’m just 13 days post-op but I’m thinking I will still need filler to round my lips out some. Updated on 1 Jan 2020: This app won’t let me edit my last post and I forgot to attach the picture. Updated on 9 Jan 2020: Soo, my lip lift challenges me daily. Sometimes I like it and other times I don’t. I think my nose is still swollen and under my eyes. This distorts my face. Also, the lift pulled up my lips in the center causing the thin little sides to roll under. Also, there is asymmetry on one side that is more noticeable to me now. I don’t have filler in yet I fill and round them out so I know I’m still a work in progress. Updated on 14 Jan 2020: I need to have someone other than myself take the pictures. But, I’m too embarrassed to ask my husband or son to take over and over again to get it right. :-/// Updated on 23 Jan 2020: Just got filler today to round out the asymmetry of my lips. Plus, 2 internal stitches popped out but needed removing. We did all that today. So, after healing from swelling and with a little makeup I should be pleased. Updated on 26 Jan 2020: I believe this should be my last update of my lip lift. I don’t believe there should be much change after this. So, this is what they look like at 6 weeks with makeup—no filters. Obviously, because in this light I see huge pores and a turkey neck. Oh well. This is 53 for me. Updated on 13 Jun 2020: It’s taken me a while to appreciate my lip lift. But, I really like it now. I had VERY VERY (like none) thin lips. So, I don’t have a full lip but the shorter philtrum is nice and the shape is nice. Updated on 17 Oct 2020: I’ve gotten filler in the last 2 weeks. It is a little uneven. I go back in 2 more weeks to even things out. I’m happy about my lip lift. Updated on 1 Nov 2020: The lip lift did a lot to give me lip to fill. But, I’ve still had to get filler a couple of times! Going from nothing to a little has taken a lot of money and a lot of time. It is doable though. Updated on 5 Oct 2022: Soooo, here are my thoughts for people, like myself, that have VERY, VERY thin lips. It takes a LOT of CONSTANT work to create something that is not there naturally. Also, lip lift for thin lips does not create a full nice lip. It just shortened my philtrum. Which does look nice. But, I went in thinking I would have lips that looked more full. NO. For a LONG time I felt like I had a pigs snout. I have had THOUSANDS of dollars of filler (that is so embarrassing to admit). My body metabolizes filler like water. Restalyne Kysse (sp?) lasted 2 weeks. Which was really just swelling. Ugh. SO, I had fat grafting done during my latest surgery. September 29th of 2022 I had a lower face and neck lift (reviewed separately). These are the pictures of my before going into surgery and after. I will just have to wait and see if this is what I needed or if goes away too. I’m sitting here today (6 days post-op) of why can’t I just love myself the way I am. That’s usually how I feel post-op. Until I fully heal and then I’m SO HAPPY that I took the leap. Happy Healing!! XOXO Leigh Updated on 3 Jun 2023: It has taken a LONG time for me to be able to get my lips to a satisfactory place. I started out with NOTHING. The shortening of my philtrum is a game changer! I hope you are enjoying your results! Xoxo, Leigh
There is no "non-surgical" tool or tools that will give you a great result; an abdominoplasty is your best option, and your DME can be removed and replaced after surgery with little consequence.
In your 20-30s, a facelift is usually an aggressive option that is rarely necessary. Good skin care, including radio frequency microneedling treatments or fractional lasers, is usually all that's needed to tighten skin.
If a little loose skin is the problem, especially in younger patients, non-surgical skin tightening will usually do the trick. We get awesome results in our office with radio frequency skin tightening devices, including RF microneedling. Surgery in patients in their 20-30s is usually not needed.
From your photos, you'd likely get a great result from a facelift. However, if you're interested in non-surgical options, a combination of treatments will be needed. Adding volume to your cheeks, in addition to strengthening your jawline with fillers will help. Then, a non-invasive fat reduction under the chin along with radio frequency skin tightening will give you a very nice result...it will take a few steps to get there, though.
Filler won't accomplish your goals - you have some deviation to your septum and tip that can only be fixed with surgery. See a rhinoplasty expert to walk through your options for correction.
