I want a more round shape. Body type and procedure? (Photo)

Question

My current body stats are 193 lbs, 5'5". I store most fat in my upper body. My upper body, arms and back fat are my main concern. I want to slim down my upper body. I want to possibly have hip sculpting to give it a natural A shape, if that is possible, without adding projection, only sculpting it. I want it more round at the bottom. What procedure would I benefit from? Also, what would my butt type be considered, is it a square, apple, or inverted? Is what I am asking for possible?

In my opinion, liposculture is the most effective method for controlling the long-term results. However, more information is needed. I would say that your shape is close to a « square » shape.

It is possible. In the hands of a skilled surgeon, a liposculpture could offer you the results you want. It’s a procedure including liposuction and fat transfer in different areas.

Thank you for your question regarding achieving a round shape, especially the hip slimming procedure. You have two areas of concern, your back and your hips. I believe you want your back more petite and your hips either more prominent or more shapely. Therefore, I would suggest either liposuction or a back lift on your back. During liposuction, fat is removed from the upper back. The fat can then be placed on the back table and transferred to the hips to get you more shape, especially in the lateral position. Fat can be added to the side, not to increase buttock projection. Alternatively, you may consider a back lift. The back lift is also called a torsoplasty. There are two types of torsoplasty, mainly vertical and horizontal torsoplasty.
During a vertical torsoplasty, an incision is made from the armpit down the side, and excess skin and fat can be directly removed. Alternatively, a horizontal torsoplasty can be placed with an incision underneath your bra strap area, and a large area of skin and fat can be directly removed. You may consider hip implants if you do not want fat transfer to the hip. Hip implants are FDA-approved implants. Where the implants are inserted into the hip, these opt-in spectacular results. In regards to your buttocks. You have a square buttock. I hope my answers help to clarify what to do with your upper body, arms, and back fat.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Liposuction can be used to help sculpt curves and remove excess fat.  Some skin tightening can be achieved by adding J Plasma, however if skin laxity is already an issue, skin excision may be needed for the best contour. Based on your pictures, and what you described, most likely well done liposuction of your arms and torso would be the best procedure. You could consider fat grafting to hips and buttocks for a more hyper feminized appearance but you’re not particularly lacking in volume in those areas. You do have significant skin laxity on your back, and this is contributing to body contour, and will remain an issue even with fat removal. It’s important to differentiate subcutaneous fat related contour issues to issues related to skin laxity. The folds on your back are still going to be there, but they may be reduced in size.
Liposuction results vary quite dramatically, based on who you choose as a provider. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the most talented and experience providers when it comes to liposuction procedures. To find the best provider, I suggest patients have multiple in person consultations.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of finding the best provider when it comes to Liposuction assessments and quality outcomes.
