Should I get thigh and stomach lipo?

Hi, so i am 5'8 and about 190 pounds. I would like to know if thigh and stomach lipo would be the right choice. I have some fat around the inner thighs and around the abdomen.

You could possibly be a good candidate for those procedures. Of course you would need to be medically cleared and the use of Vaser or BodyTite would depend on the surgeon who offers such services deciding whether you’re a good candidate or not.

When we talk about lipo the best option is liposculture that is a procedure used to eliminate fat deposits in different body parts: hips, thighs, arms, back, stomach etc. Practically to shape the body. Thank you for your question regarding a thigh lift, and stomach lipo. Without photos, it’s hard to determine whether you need these procedures. A consultation is in order. Depending on how much excess skin you have on your inner thighs, you may be able to get away with just liposuction. Depending on how much excess skin you have in the stomach, you may also be able to get away with just liposuction. You might need a thigh lift if you have lots of excess skin on the thighs. If you have excess skin in the stomach, liposuction might only make it worse. Please either submit another question with photos or get a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. I have performed hundreds of thigh lifts and reductions and liposuction procedures. Please ensure your selected plastic surgeon has hundreds of before and after photos to show their work.

At my office OR we bring in a board-certified anesthesiologist to administer IV sedation. This makes recovering from surgery much easier and you can return home shortly after. Thigh and stomach lipo are used to remove excess fat and contour the areas that are treated.   It is the right choice if you have bulges in these areas, are in good health and your skin elasticity is acceptable so that it will bounce back into position after surgery.  If you have saggy loose skin, other procedures, such as tummy tuck and thigh lift may be more appropriate for you.

To give the best recommendation for you photos or an examination is needed.  Liposuction removes excess subcutaneous fat but does not really improve skin laxity.
