At a minimum, I think you’d look great with liposculpting of the waist, flanks, love handles, hips, and back. The front of your abdomen could be addressed at the same time for a 360 approach. Regarding the front of your abdomen, although lipo isn’t skin removal, i shoot for a smaller version of what you see now.
