The question is if you are pleased with the amount of decrease once you reach your target weight. It is important not to be overweight when undergoing any type of elective surgery like any cosmetic procedures. Best if you are under the BMI of 33. In my experience, however this might not be enough to Reduce the fat in the described area. So if you are at your target weight and the fat is still too much in that area. It really depends. These fat deposit will always decrease in fat with weight loss but even after you reach your « ideal weight » certain fat deposits can be stubborn.

Weight loss will significantly improve the areas of your concern. Once you have achieved your ideal weight, any residual issues will be more easily addressed with lipo or a tuck.

Weight loss will decrease fat in that area and so will liposuction. Loose the weight you want, and then consider liposuction if some residual fat is present.

It's difficult to answer this question definitively. If you have noticed changes in this area with past weight loss/gain then you should see improvement. I rarely say this, but you are why they invented liposuction for!. You would benefit greatly by an aggressive liposuction with sculpting of the sides, lower back and upper buttock area.
I highly doubt that your upper bitstock are will be as attractive with weight loss vs post liposuction.
