After multiple consults, Drs. said I'd be pleased with results from lipo. None pushed me in direction of TT. Advice? (photos)

From your photos, it looks like you have good skin quality. If you don’t have loosened abdominal muscles, then liposuction will give you the flatter stomach that you desire. You may also want to consider noninvasive fat-elimination techniques, such as Vanquish, CoolSculpting and ThermiTight. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist with whom you feel comfortable and whose experience and results are impressive.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, I agree that you don't need a tummy tuck.  You are a
great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

I don't think you'd get a good result ith liposuction only because you obviously have a lot of laxity/stretch of the abdominal wall. While the modest amount of fat excess you've got can be improved with liposuction, you need the muscle work to change your shape. As you have a high belly button, I'd suggest a mini abdominoplasty would probably be the middle ground option.

liposuction. I would suggest to do it on your abdomen, waist, flanks
and back as well. You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated
first to coordinate which procedures will fit your needs. Try to find a

Thanks for your question and photos. I don’t know what the issue with your sacrum is. However, you would definitely benefit from circumferential liposuction. Your skin tone seems good but if concerns arise due to skin laxity on physical examination you should look for a board certified plastic surgeon who either offers VASER lipo or post op skin tightening using RF or ultrasound. I think the treatment you have been recommended is reasonable but in your case it’s also worth considering a mini tummy tuck with liposuction, which would be my preference. I say this because you have a lower abdominal bulge which is most likely the result of that muscle separation, and that can’t be addressed without muscle repair (which can be done during a tummy tuck). As an added benefit the skin is tightened too. I agree that a full tummy tuck would probably leave you with a midline scar but a mini would not (instead your belly button would be lowered a little). The liposuction would also be necessary to address fat deposited, mostly of the flanks.
